I left a bad review earlier, but they are doing much better now.

Management is terrible. This complex is completely neglected. Their office is never open during the hours they claim itâs open, they never answer calls, never once returned voicemails (and Iâve left a lot). Email is meh but even then it rarely works. On a positive note they are making upgrades to the complex to make it nicer. But it doesnât outweigh the poor communication.

I love the apartment we live in. I have nice neighbors, and mostly everything seems to work properly. The issue is their administration. They are terrible at communication. Often times they tell me that they will send me an email regarding important info (lease copy, things to sign, etc) and they never send it. I have to reach out through email, calls, and voicemails to remind them to email me. One time I couldnt get my mail key for 2 weeks because because they kept putting off sending me a copy of the lease. Often times they donât answer their phone during office hours so I have to leave voicemails. They never get back to my voicemails. Sometimes Iâll make a trip to the office only to find out its temporarily closed for a couple hours. The only time they willingly communicate with you is to get rent. And they do that by hand delivering an eviction notice rather than kindly calling. Again, I like the place I live in. But the administration here is a pain.
