I was contacted via email by Maddy, a leasing specialist to set up a time to come look at an apartment. I was told I needed to give her a specific time and day so that she knew when to be at the apartments because their main office is not there. We agreed on 1pm today, 3/2/23. I also mentioned that since mine and my fiances lunch is right at 1 that we would be a few minutes late. We arrived at 1:11 and knocked on the office door a few times and there was no answer. There is even a sign on the door stating that the office is only open at that location on Thursdays from 1pm to 5 or 6 but clearly, no one was there (on a Thursday after 1pm). They wasted our time and were highly unprofessional for not showing up. Don't waste your time.

Tenants let their small children run loose, unsupervised by an adult not only during daylight hours but when it gets dark. Tenants Dogs always barking. It’s very noisy. 7/5/2024 Update on the pointe at fort union, no change small children still out unsupervised, cars parked/ driving in blasting their music and loud engines, after 11:00 pm on the 4th of July people setting off some type of fire crackers/works one of the pieces went into my yard which is unsafe as there is trees which could have caught fire.

I lived here for 6 months. My husband my 3 year old daughter and I were verbally attacked and nearly physically attacked by our neighbors. He is a violent offender and addict and so is his gf. Management did nothing about it and made me pay to get out of my lease even though I feared for our safety. The management was also very unprofessional. Would not recommend living here. It’s dangerous.

Management is terrible. This complex is completely neglected. Their office is never open during the hours they claim it’s open, they never answer calls, never once returned voicemails (and I’ve left a lot). Email is meh but even then it rarely works. On a positive note they are making upgrades to the complex to make it nicer. But it doesn’t outweigh the poor communication.

Good size place to live for a couple college age girls just starting out, and the renovations they just did before we moved in are great, nice place, however the rent situation can get pretty shady, and management isn’t really willing to fix problems. When you call they say “ok, yea, we will for sure address that” and then do nothing about it. Specifically about making sure smoking is staying outside the apartments, we never had any issues when we first moved in, with past residents who smoke, but recently had some residents move in who continue to smoke in the house making our house above them smell strongly like cigarettes and has been brought to managements attention a handful of times in the last month that it’s been happening, and they still haven’t done anything about it, we ended up having to talk to the residents doing it, on our own, which of coarse since we aren’t management and can’t really do anything about it they only listened to us for a couple days before they continued to smoke in the house. Management definitely needs to get better at enforcing no smoking in the house, and addressing issues when brought to their attention
