Mary and Mandy are the best to have as property staff. They are quick at responding to my requests.

I've lived at the Azlee apartments and the Point of Fort union I didn't realize they had the same management until I moved in the point of fort union it was nothing but stress. I moved out because my rent kept getting increased once we got new management almost 200 dollars that's not including the utilities that are an extra 200 a month as well for maintenance fees that never get taken seriously. When you call the office nobody responds or is even on site when there is a problem. Horrible management Maddie told us I had to submit a request on Domuso app to report kids running around all day unsupervised trashing the patio next to us since they took out the only park for them to play on ,Maintenance was no help the cameras only cover the office and not the property I was told so why even bother to even ask . Management kept asking for reviews so we finally did it, For what your paying in rent you can find a much better place that is safe and family friendly.

Not a good place to rent from hence the 2.1 star review they have. Our apartment reeked of cigarettes the entire time we lived there so Iâm assuming the previous renter smoked heavily indoors as we do not smoke. The âsmoking rulesâ are not enforced at all, our upstairs neighbors smoked right off of the balcony and threw cigarette butts all over my patio. My girlfriend Isabel left a review as well and Iâd like to respond to some of the points the property manager mentioned in her response to her review, we were never offered a door sweep or regular pest control. She works from home so the comment about âalways being awayâ during their business hours for maintenance is also a lie. Very poor response from management attempting to make the renters look like they are in the wrong instead of owning up to their horrible management. We had two floods, one being in the bathroom and regardless of if the upstairs renters âallow you access to their unit or notâ the concern of mold sitting in the ceiling is a SERIOUS issue that was never addressed even though we brought it up. The second flood WE fixed ourselves as maintenance never stopped by to fix the issue, you can say itâs because âwe werenât homeâ but that is completely untrue. Not to mention arenât we supposed to receive a call in advance as Domuso states when you file a maintenance request? Because that never happened either. Overall a TERRIBLE place to rent and I hope nobody wastes their time or money renting at The Pointe at Fort Union. Any complaints / issues you have will be unaddressed or turned around on you as the renter.

Mary, the new manager, is making a positive impact by building relationships with the residents and addressing the community's needs. The addition of Jessie, the maintenance guy, has also been a game-changer. His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to stay until the job is done correctly are all excellent qualities. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and is committed to making sure the residents are satisfied. It's starting to feel like we are a part of a community again, and that the efforts of Mary and Jessie are making a positive difference. Having a sense of belonging and feeling like you're part of a "home" can be a huge factor in overall happiness and well-being. I hope this trend continues, and that Mary and Jessie continue to make a positive impact on the community. It's a good feeling that there are still people who care about making a difference in their work. On the flip side: The constant frustration of unnecessary rent hikes and exorbitant fees! It's infuriating to feel like we're being nickel-and-dimed to death, forced to pay more and more for the same subpar amenities. Take my own experience, for instance - when I moved in, my rent was a reasonable $1275 ($1375 with fees) but now it's skyrocketed to a whopping $1390/month counting the multitude of additional fees we're expected to pay on top of that, it now comes out to $1,681. Meanwhile, the apartments themselves are far from luxurious, so why should we be paying premium prices for them? It's time for a change - we deserve better than to be treated like ATMs by the owners.

Update: Thank you for bringing Jesse back! He works when on the property unlike Josh who spends the majority of his time on the property making out with one of the tenants and chatting with the others. A few minutes here and there would be one thing, but he spends hours not doing anything when here. It is frustrating as a tenant with an open maintenance request to watch Josh not get shit done when he is here and to be told by him that he isn't having Jesse come here for a while. My maintenance issue hasn't been touched during Jesse's absence because Josh is too busy getting his jollys in. I don't know where to begin and since I currently live here, I don't dare. Renter beware.
