I want to give a huge shoutout to Mary for helping me get my mother and her friend get into a unit in a very short time. Mary did an excellent and professional job. I really appreciate all the work she put in to make this happen!

Treats renters horrible! Always water leaks and mold. Rent raised constantly at drastic rate. Constant raids amongst other problems…. If you are lacking abuse in your life this is the perfect place to over pay to be manipulated and treated poorly! This place is absolutely horrid to people and makes them beg just to have basic needs.

Be careful Maddie told my landlord I was sleeping with the maintenance guy and that he was paying my rent all because he spent too much time at my house after I had leaks from upstairs and mold in my walls and our carpet were my kids sleep. .I called the owner and he promised to replace the carpet atleast and that never happened Maddie said I can't prove how I pay my rent because I dont make 3x the rent and I have had problems over the years so have to move at the end of the year . I'm okay with that all I was doing was making sure my apartment was safe for my kids be careful if you speak up to management.
