Our leases say we cannot smoke by the front door, yet it goes on constantly. It makes all the other apartments in the building stink. Nothing is done about it.
Our leases say we cannot have guests stay beyond a few days, yet my neighbor has 6 extra people staying with her for the last 7 weeks now. Nothing is done about it.
Our leases state that we cannot disturb the reasonable peace of our neighbors. Yet we have one apartment that has their soundbar up to where it vibrates the walls & even our furniture. And a second apartment that blares their music all weekend. Nothing is done about it.
Drunk loud parties all weekend long. Men standing out blocking the entrance for the women & children trying to come in and out of their own apartments. Liqueur & beer bottles sitting all over the sidewalk and stairs.Nothing is done about it.
The neglectful way things are being handled right now is really quite astounding. All I would like is for our leases to be upheld. Rent is expensive here with all the added fees & itemized stuff. It would be really really nice to not be forced to leave constantly because the neighbors are so disrespectful. I am sad to leave this review but after having to make 8 complaints in 6 weeks is crazy. Something has to change.
I would like to be contacted by the current property owners. Not by apartment management. I have gone that route and it seems her hands are tied.
